About
As a psychotherapist with my own ADHD diagnosis, I have a personal and professional commitment to supporting neurodivergent communities. I have master's degrees in Integrative Psychotherapy (University of Roehampton) and Social Anthropology (University of Edinburgh). I focused my studies on neurodivergent populations
comparing the impact of different modes of psychotherapy verses psychotropic treatment.
I have experience with NHS IAPT, using solution-focused therapy and CBT, as well as further training in couples therapy, exploring relational dynamics through an attachment lens. I have also worked with individuals facing life-limiting illnesses at the Mulberry Cancer & Bereavement clinic, strengthening my trauma-informed approach.
My integrative training spans CBT, psychodynamic, and humanistic modalities. My approach is holistic and culturally-informed.
I am passionate about the use of psychotherapy for the treatment of ADHD, and the destigmatisation of mental health issues.
I also co-founded Queer Culture Club, a London-based wellness and events organisation connecting isolated members of the queer community.
